This is the video that first convinced me Larry was legit, so I’m going to point out all the reasons why (: I know a lot of people have mentioned this one (because it’s obvious + amazing + drunken), but oh well.

FIRST, at 0:17, Louis puts his arm around Harry and says something (I’m not sure what), and Harry reacts by kind of spreading his arms out and smiling and rambling distractedly. I don’t know what happens here exactly, but to me it looks as though Harry is smashed and Louis is not, and he’s maybe checking to see that Harry is keeping it together.

At 0:45, an interviewer asks who is going to get the head of the award when they split it up between them, and Louis (who has begun handing back the microphone to Harry but hasn’t yet let go, so their hands are together) says, “Harry’s getting head.” To which Harry let’s out a squeal that has endeared me to him forever, and then says, “Oh my god,” and looks at Louis. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS IS LOUIS’S FACE… HE LOOKS SO PLEASED WITH HIMSELF OMG SDKJHSDKFJ, and at 0:55 he looks off camera and raises his sass-brows to someone over there (handlers??) with his smug smile. Amazing.

Okay, so anyway, Harry can’t stop giggling and at 0:59, he glances back at Louis, who is cool as a fucking cucumber and just puts his arm around poor little Harry and smiles in that way he does that is all sharp and ripe with implication.

At 1:08, Louis points out something in the distance to Harry (I have no idea what… I just think it’s cute that he keeps finding reasons to interact with him).

Then, at 1:18, Harry is trying to answer a question and Louis takes the award from him and sort of moves it up and down (I take this as blatantly sexual—sorry, I’m not sorry), and Harry stutters and then makes a noise like “uhksjdf” while watching him. I know he could have just been trying to find the right words to express their gratitude, but I like to think that his stumble was due to the fact that Louis had short-circuited his brain by being a sexually frustrating tease and eluding to penises twice in the span of like 30 seconds. But that’s just me.

Now, up to this point Louis has been his normal little radiant-hummingbird self, but at 1:46 the interviewer asks who they would snog out of anyone in the room, and Harry IMMEDIATELY says “Adele,” and, if you watch Louis, he basically goes still. (P.S. honorable mention to Niall for looking adorably confused when Liam chooses him). Harry keeps insisting on Adele and then, at 1:56, says, “I might try on the way back.” Louis breaks character here and looks, to me, visibly pissed while he kind of does an annoyed shuffle.

Harry looks back at Louis at 2:00 (it looks like he’s checking to see if his boyf is amused at his joke, which he definitely is not), AND THEN HARRY SAYS “SORRY”, AND LOUIS SAYS “IT’S ALRIGHT”—IN A WAY THAT ANYONE WHO’S EVER BEEN IN A RELATIONSHIP CAN SEE CLEARLY MEANS THAT IT IS NOT ALRIGHT. Then Louis gives a tense smile and the most low-energy little fist pump of all time while the other boys cheer and celebrate over their sucess, and he turns away to leave ASAP.

So I know this is not like solid evidentiary proof, but COME ON… SOMETHING IS HAPPENING HERE. It’s undeniable. The first time I saw this I thought I was going to break a rib from hyperventilating over their obviousness… and they had been drinking all night at the show, and their inhibitions were lowered so it’s entirely possible that they were just a little less “on” with their facade than they meant to be.
